From site survey to long-term care
Four steps, no surprises. At each stage you know what you get and who is responsible for it.
Site Survey and Brief
We come to your site, measure the building, review the technical documentation, and listen to what you actually need. Missing documentation can be arranged by us upon agreement.
Design and Quotation
We prepare the technical solution, budget, and schedule. For larger projects we produce all stages of design documentation, in BIM if required.
Implementation and Handover
We supply and install, coordinate interfaces with other trades, and carry out both design supervision and technical supervision. At the end we train the operators and hand over the documentation.
Service and Savings
We take over regular maintenance, inspections, and checks. After an agreed period we verify whether the system is delivering the promised savings.
Three Things We Care About
Refit First, Replace Later
The cheapest kilowatt-hour is the one you don't use. After an audit we tell you what makes sense to keep from the existing system and what truly needs replacing. Not every project has to start with demolishing the plant room.
