Heat Recovery and Ventilation
Heat recovery returns heat from exhaust air back into the building. In practice, this means you can ventilate continuously without using more heating than before. It works best during construction or renovation, but we can install it in a completed apartment as well.
What the Service Includes
- Central units and local heat recovery for individual rooms
- Duct design that fits within ceiling voids without lowering the ceiling more than necessary
- Supply air filtration — including EAC filters with a 15-year service life
- Control based on occupancy or CO₂ levels
- Silencers to eliminate unit noise and airflow noise
- Flow rate balancing at individual outlets with a protocol
- Regular filter replacement and cleaning so dust does not return to your rooms

How It Works
Site Survey
We walk through the layout, ceiling voids, and possible routes. We tell you right away what is feasible and what is not.
Design
We calculate the air volume per room and design the unit and ductwork.
Installation
Ductwork, unit, outlets. We coordinate with the construction team so nothing has to be demolished twice.
Commissioning
We set the flow rates, measure them, and hand over the protocol. After that, it is just filter changes.
