We are a team of technicians with over 30 years of experience in building services engineering. We draw on experience as well as new insights from a field that is still evolving dynamically — and on the fact that our service team knows the building before they take it over.

How It Works
Project preparation
We review the project, identify clashes, and prepare the schedule and site readiness.
Supply and installation
We install with our own technicians, coordinate interfaces with other trades, and monitor deadlines.
Commissioning and training
We set parameters, balance the system, and train the operators. We hand over protocols and documentation.
Service handover
Colleagues from the service division inspect the site before handover — they take over a building they already know.
