Air conditioning for a family bungalow without a single visible duct
The customer wanted design indoor units and a clean interior — with no visible ducts for refrigerant piping.
Scope of Work
The bungalow owner chose design indoor units but had one key condition: no visible ducts for refrigerant piping in the interior.
- Site survey and precise layout of chases in the masonry
- Routing of refrigerant piping, cabling, and condensate drainage into prepared chases
- Routing of distribution lines through the floor to the outdoor unit location
- Installation of three indoor and one outdoor unit, commissioning, and testing
- Operator training including control via smartphone app
Outcome
Piping runs through the masonry and across the floor; nothing is visible in the interior except the units themselves. The customer had the chases filled and repainted by a mason between our site visits.
