Scope of Work
The shopping centre manager was dealing with rising HVAC operating costs and repeated replacement of filter cartridges across units.
- Assessment of existing AHU units and pressure ratios
- Supply and installation of Honeywell F58G and F58H EAC filters
- Connection of output relays and indicators to the centre BMS
- Training of the manager's technicians on collector cleaning
- Service plan with regular tray rinsing
Outcome
Regular filter cartridge replacement and the associated waste have been eliminated. The reduced pressure drop is reflected in lower fan power consumption; the manager expects a payback period of within two years.
